Job Requirements: Basic English reading and writing skills, ability to understand logistics information, and ability to reply to simple buyer messages politely. Experience in cross-border customer service is preferred, but training is available for those without experience. The daily workload takes about a few minutes to half an hour; a strong sense of responsibility is required.
